As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently, positively, and professionally. What We’re Looking For:
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Rotational shift pattern based on a 6-week rota
Includes 1 late shift (11:00am – 8:00pm) per 6-week rotation
You will never be required to work both Saturday and Sunday in the same week
You will have 2 full weekends off within each 6-week rota
